Caleb turns 4 months old

Caleb turned 4 months old last week. Time has flown by! Its crazy to think that we have a 4 month old already. Although it feels like things have gone by so quickly, it seems like he has been here for much longer. We love being parents and are blessed with such a good little boy. He always knows how to put a smile on our faces! Here are some of his pictures from his 4 month photo shoot. Thanks to Laura Leigh for the idea, I have taken some pictures of him next to his teddy bear to show how he is progressing over the months.
Caleb weighed in at 16 lbs. 13 oz (75%), height 26 inches (75%) and head circ 50%. His pediatrician was happy with his measurments and thought that Caleb was developmentally on target and advanced in some areas.
4 month facts:
  • Caleb can roll over both ways. He usually rolls over from his back to his front, but a few times I have caught him rolling over onto his back. He now falls asleep on his stomach at night, which makes me nervous, but I usually go in before heading to bed to check on him.
  • He puts everything in his mouth: His favorite is his bib. Not to mention he's a thumb sucker like his mom.
  • He's eating 5 times a day and takes 3 naps usually 1 1/2 - 2 hours in length. He is sleeping around 11 hours each night.
  • I have found a few ways to get a laugh. Kissing is belly and under his arms are almost fool proof. His smile melts my heart!

Here he is sleeping on his stomach and found his way in the corner.

"Mom, this is my 'hangin out look' "
