Granddaddy and Nana went with us to the State Fair this year while Daddy and Luke stayed home. Baby boy and Daddy had some sweet one-on-one time while the rest of us enjoyed crowds, rides and treats. Having Nana and Granddaddy there made it even more special! Since the boys were doing so well, we stayed until the fireworks were over. We cant wait to go back next year :)

This is the only "rollercoaster" Jacob would ride. He's still timid when it comes to rides. He needed to watch if for a while before he gave the green light, but he's alot more confident when big brother goes with him.

Jacob did NOT enjoy the big slide. He kept repeating "I did not like the slide, Nana." Nana was a great sport and went with them.
Can you tell what this is? If you guessed a candied apple covered in nuts and caramel topped with a loaded Krispy Kreme donut you are correct. Next year this will be on my list!
This boy is fearless. He rode the roller coaster all by himself.
