It's Party Time!

We had Caleb's birthday party on Monday evening after Daddy got home from work. We had a small party at home and celebrated with both sets of grandparents. It was a fun night to celebrate our little boy!

I made this to hang over the table at the party using the bath letters we already had at home. I must say, this little boy was so proud that I made this. He points and says "Mommy made it!"

I decided to go with a cars and trucks theme this year. Caleb's new interest is anything with wheels. One of his favorite trucks right now are fire engines. I think the cake turned out pretty well, especially since I found no taste red food coloring.

He loved the icing just like his Daddy!

Caleb was showered with gifts. Mema, Aunt Mandy, Brittany, and Uncle Dale couldn't make the party, but they sent some great gifts including some new clothes and a car/truck puzzle.

Aunt Anna gave him his very own fire truck.

Daddy and Mommy gave him this numbers puzzle and a new bedtime book.

Granddaddy Pearce and Nana gave him this musical train and some much needed summer clothes.

 More hugs!

Mema didn't want to leave Jacob out! He got this musical Panda Bear and some onesies.

Nana was getting some of the sweetest smiles!

Caleb brought over all of his new toys to share with his baby brother. How sweet.

Caleb and Jacob loved the new trucks Uncle Jonathan, Aunt Laura Leigh, and his cousins gave him. Jacob thought they were especially tasty.
