Last week we spent the whole day out having some fun family time. We were invited over to a friend's home with a great backyard, complete with a dock and boat and a large swimming pool.

Caleb was hesitant about getting in, but was more comfortable as long as Daddy held on to him for the first little bit.
Jacob wasn't sure at first either, but after a few minutes he warmed up to it and enjoyed it!
It was WAY past his nap time but he did super. I eventually took him out of the raft and he fell fast asleep in my arms. Doesn't he look like a big boy holding that water gun?
Speaking of water guns, this was Caleb's favorite part. He asked me several times before we got in if he could shoot with one.
He really enjoyed himself in the big pool!

After all the pool fun, the boys took naps and then Daddy and Caleb went berry picking.
Caleb's sampling the fruit. After picking berries, we had a picnic outside and had ice cream cones to top it all off. What a great family day!
