Luke at 7 months

Luke turned 7 months old on the 4th. I love this little boy SO much. I cant even tell you how much of a joy he is!

He's sitting up taller than Mr. Bear already!

He still is the smiliest little guy I have ever seen. This week he came down with strep and I didn't even know it. I suspected strep with Jacob, so Luke just came along. He was smiling and flirting, and laughing with all the nurses at the doctor's office the whole visit. They were amazed at how happy he was despite his sickness. That's my boy!

He LOVES stickers, paper, tags, and bags. Of course, all things he cant have yet. He wanted to take off this sticker, but thankfully he's easily distracted!

Crawling: His favorite thing ever. He can sit but he doesn't want to. Sitting = not moving. And why would you sit when you can go go go?! Even though life is more busy with him being so mobile, I don't mind it at all. I really do enjoy watching him learn and explore.

He's also waving a lot now. He waves at us several times a day and will even do it for strangers unprompted.

He is sleeping so well. He's almost always happy when he goes down for naps and bedtime. If he wakes up early before I come to get him out of his crib in the mornings, he's just resting there quietly, sucking his thumb. Sometime's he'll cry after his cat nap, but usually he's very laid back and waits on us to come get him.

One of my new discoveries: spring door stops.

As far as his eating goes, he has days where he doesn't eat well and then days when he does. His eating pattern is very confusing and frustrating at times. Just a few weeks ago he started playing with my hair and rubbing my face while I feed him his bottle. Its so sweet! He's not a big fan of solids yet, except yesterday he finally opened his mouth for peaches!

He wants to be apart of everything his big brothers do.

 His other fascination: lightsabers!

I can't even stand this!
