Christmas this year was so special! Caleb and Jacob are getting older and understanding more of who Jesus is and why he was born. And Luke was born this year and we had so much fun just watching him play with bows and wrapping paper!
This year for advent, we went through Focus on the Family's Journey to the Manger Advent Calendar. Each evening after dinner we spent time doing this with the boys and they LOVED it! Every night a new bible character was introduced and they couldn't wait to open the box to find out who we were learning about next.
Some nights we spent time together watching Christmas movies, and on Christmas Eve we built a gingerbread house. Icing and candy sure can bring a family together :)
