Kids Exchange # 2

Last week I got a chance to enjoy the Raleigh Kids Exchange for the second time. One of my good friends gave me her sellers pass, so I was able to shop without fighting the crowd. I decided to keep Caleb home since he had been sick, so Mimi was so kind to come over and keep him for me. Thanks Mimi!

It's so overwhelming to shop for clothing there. There is SO much that I find it exhausting. I actually saw many ladies with strollers FULL of clothing. But I'm happy with the few that I found.

This is one thing that we dont have - puzzles. I got this pack of 4 for only $3. The puzzle in the back right has glitter on each letter, which I found out when I got home, but thankfully it doesn't come off.

Caleb's really into flaps, so each one of these books is interactive. The bottom two are pop up books, which was a favorite of mine when I was a child. I'm really excited about the Bible Adventures book. A few of the stories included are Noah and the Big Flood, Daniel and the Lions Den, Fishers of Men, Moses and the Ten Plagues, and the Resurrection. He enjoys opening the flaps to find out what's inside.

My mom asked me to look for a booster seat for her - only $6. I just gave it a good cleaning and washed the straps. Good as new.

We were debating whether or not to get a Leap Frog table to him for Christmas or not. They are sold around $44 at several online places. I got this one for only $12 and it still has workable batteries. I'm glad we opted to wait.

He loves this thing. He's figured out the quickest way to get a fun song to play is to spin the rattle on the side. He'll do it over and over and dance to the music. This was a good buy!

"Oh my gosh, I didn't know they made toys this cool, Mama"!
